dropbear-initramfs software package provides lightweight SSH2 server and client - initramfs integration, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install dropbear-initramfs
dropbear-initramfs is installed in your system.
Make ensure the dropbear-initramfs package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep dropbear-initramfs *
You will get with dropbear-initramfs package name, version, architecture and description in a table
